Our Story

In 2011, Nathaniel Bordas joined Airmen Mechanical as Operations Manager to lead their new division, Airmen Fire Protection. In 2016, he acquired the company, renamed it BCompliant FPS, and relocated its headquarters to Wellsboro, PA. In 2019, BCompliant FPS expanded its capabilities by adding fire alarm services, strengthening its commitment to full‑service fire protection. The company grew again in 2020 with the opening of a second location in Duboistown, PA.

Today, Nathaniel continues to provide leadership and direction to the BCompliant FPS team, backed by 18 years of hands‑on industry experience.
